This website does not gather and store any information about its visitors that may be used to identify individual persons, without the consent of the visitor.

Various parts of this website offer some form of interactivity. For example, entering your name into one of my Flash games (for entry in to the high score table). Personal information of this sort IS stored, but by submitting the information, I assume that you are happy with my storing the information.

NO personal data is passed on to any third parties in any way. I detest spam as much as most, and do not wish to inflict it on others.

This site makes use of cookies. Or rather, a cookie. A cookie is a small file saved to your computer by your web browser that allows this site to establish whether you have visited before. The cookie on this site is a temporary cookie, and is only on your machine for the time that you are viewing the site. It is used to prevent the visitor counter from counting any further page views you make as another visit.

Any personal information that you submit when using the contact form is sent via e-mail to my personal e-mail inbox. Although it is possible, it is highly unlikely that the e-mail will be intercepted in transit by persons intent on using the information maliciously. Once your e-mail reaches me, I store it in an archive that is backed up (with other data!) every two days to a server computer in my home. The backup file is encrypted and is NOT accessible to anyone on the Internet.

The bottom line of all this, is that I don't gather any data unless you give it to me voluntarily. If you don't want me to store any data about you, don't fill out any of the forms on this website.
