The following night, I travelled back to Frankwell Car Park to try and get some photographs of the flood as it stood.

However, the water level had risen considerably and access to the car park itself was now impossible without snorkelling equipment or a submersible - neither of which I possess!

So, if you can't get in, get above. I walked over to Frankwell Footbridge and took a couple of photos from there. As you can see, the water level is now so high that the "Pay Here" machines are now almost submerged - last night the water barely came up the machines poles.
